Q: When will my order ship? A: Books are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Q: When will I receive my gift card(s)? A: Purchases made as gifts in honor of a recipient will include the mailing a gift card within 48 to 72 hours of order placement. Because gift cards are sent first class through the USPS, you should receive your gift card(s) within seven to 10 days of placing your order.
Q: Is the gift tax-deductible and will I receive a receipt? A: Yes, your gift is tax-deductible. Just One Voice will mail you a receipt for purchases or donations totaling $50 or more. See the link below to view and/or download the completed IRS application (1023) and letter of status.
Q: Can I receive a photo of my gift after it has been received? A: Just One Voice and GLUK work hard to provide this service to donors. The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of mailing the gift card and emailing a photo of the recipients. Because of the time it takes to deliver animals to rural villages, document the family information, and process photos, you will receive a photo via email about four to six weeks after your donation has been processed. Our goal is provide a photo of the animal you donated and the family who received the donation.
Q: Can a gift card be mailed to someone else on my behalf? A: You may select to have the gift card mailed to someone else when you place your order.
Q: Can I have a gift card mailed internationally? A: Just One Voice only mails gift cards within the United States. However, we’re happy to send the card(s) to you so you can forward them outside the United States.
